(一)年薪制教師

i. Applicants for Yearly-based Contracts:

海外著名大學(xué)畢業(yè)，中國國籍，全職到崗工作的優(yōu)秀博士。

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

* Holder of a doctoral degree from a prestigious university outside China

*Citizen of People’s Republic of China

* Able to work full time

1. 基本薪酬：

a. Remuneration Package:

年薪35-50萬(稅前)，一次性科研啟動金10萬，一次性住房補貼20萬(稅前)

* Annual salary: RMB 350,000- 500,000 (pre-tax);

* One-off housing allowance: RMB 200,000 (pre-tax);

* One-off research funding support: RMB 100,000.

2. 基本工作任務(wù)：(聘期6年內(nèi))

b. Performance Requirements: (within 6 years)

During the 6-year appointment, the following is required:

(1)科研任務(wù)：以第一作者或通訊作者名義，在A類國際期刊發(fā)表論文1篇;以課題負責(zé)人的名義申請到1項國家社會科學(xué)基金項目或國家自然科學(xué)基金項目。

Research:

1) Publications: The applicant should be able to publish at least one research article in an A-level international journal as the first author or corresponding author.

2) Research grant: The applicant should be able to obtain at least one research grant funded by National Planning Office of Philosophy and Social Sciences (NPOPSS) or National Natural Science Foundation of China (NNSFC) as the leading researcher.

(2)教學(xué)任務(wù)：每學(xué)年完成4學(xué)分的教學(xué)工作量，可聘期內(nèi)平均。

Teaching:

The applicant is required to undertake an annual teaching load of 4 four credits, or a total of 24 credits in six-year employment term.

(3)社會服務(wù)：協(xié)助學(xué)校、學(xué)院進行教學(xué)、科研、學(xué)科建設(shè)、人才培養(yǎng)方面的服務(wù)工作，加強受聘者母校與學(xué)校的全面合作。

Academic Community Services:

The applicant is expected to work closely with the university and the school to provide a range of services in teaching and research, developing curriculum, mentoring young scholars, and fostering collaboration between UIBE and the university from which s/he graduated.

以上為年薪制教師工作任務(wù)最低要求，各學(xué)院可根據(jù)實際情況在此基礎(chǔ)之上提高對年薪制的要求。

Note: The items outlined above constitute the minimum requirements for employees in the annual salary system. Each school may modify or have higher requirements according to specific situations.

(二)長聘海外教師

ii. Non-Chinese Applicants for Long-term Employment

A類：海外著名大學(xué)畢業(yè)，非中國籍，教學(xué)水平高，全職到崗工作的優(yōu)秀博士。

Category A:

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

* Holder of a doctoral degree from a prestigious university outside China

* Non- People’s Republic of China nationality

* Able to work full time

* Demonstration of teaching excellence

1、基本薪酬:

a. Remuneration Package

年薪20-40萬(稅前)，一次性住房補貼：10萬(稅前)，一次性科研啟動金：5萬

* Annual salary: RMB 200,000- 400,000 (pre-tax);

* One-off housing allowance: RMB 100,000 (pre-tax);

* One-off research funding support: RMB 50,000.

2、基本工作任務(wù)：(聘期3年內(nèi))

b. Performance Requirements: (within 3 years)

(1)教學(xué)任務(wù)：每學(xué)期完成2-3門特色課程的教學(xué)任務(wù)。

Teaching：

Design and offer 2-3 courses in a specialized discipline per term.

(2)科研任務(wù)：根據(jù)學(xué)院要求完成適當(dāng)?shù)目蒲泄ぷ魅蝿?wù)。

Research:

Fulfil research duties as required by the school that s/he works with.

(3)社會服務(wù)：聘期內(nèi)，積極承擔(dān)學(xué)校、學(xué)院安排的國際化工程建設(shè)，包括但不限于國際合作及學(xué)術(shù)交流等。

Academic Community Services:

Work closely with the university and the school on academic internationalization of UIBE, including but not limited to fostering international collaboration and academic communications.

B類：海外著名大學(xué)畢業(yè)，非中國籍，具有較強的教學(xué)和科研能力，全職到崗工作的優(yōu)秀博士?；拘匠旰突竟ぷ魅蝿?wù)同年薪制教師。

Category B:

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

* Holder of a doctoral degree from a prestigious university outside China

* Non- People’s Republic of China nationality

* Able to work full time

* Demonstration of teaching and research excellence

Basic salary and duties are similar to that for yearly-based contracts.
